On this day when Spring begins, we will celebrate our connection to the earth. We will be joined by folks from the United Native American Cultural Center, who will contribute music and ritual from their tradition to our service. There will be wonderful drumming and we will begin the service with the traditional Native American ritual of calling out the four directions. We will join together in singing chants from the Native American tradition, as well as other beautiful songs which remind us of our connection to the earth. Our Adult Choir will sing an anthem entitled, "The Earth is Tired," and with the help of members of the Green Church Task Force, we will explore the things we are doing to save our tired planet. Worship will be led by Rev. Tom Rosiello with assistance from our Field Ed. Student, Bryan Elwood.
