Our Unitarian-Universalist religious heritage compels us to address the important, widespread, and complex social issue of domestic violence. This special service, created and led by FPC's Domestic Violence Awareness Group, will focus on what is now a problem of epidemic proportions in our country and in our communities. Ben Atherton-Zeman, a nationally recognized public speaker who has given presentations and performances dealing with gender-based violence in 46 states and 12 countries, will be our guest speaker.
A member of FPC, Ben is now studying at the Boston University School of Theology.
