Here at First Parish Church we really care about making a difference in the world and are hosting our very first “Make a Difference Day.” We invite the community—people of all ages to participate in fun projects that will help those in need and help to transform our world! Join us on Saturday, September 7 from 10 am – noon.
We begin our day with family musician and climate change activist Fred Small performing at 10 am. This concert is for all ages! In addition to the concert, we will have a wide variety of social action activities designed for adults as well as families. Please stop by anytime between 10 am – noon.
We will work together to make a difference with:
- Climate Change • Helping animals
- Spreading messages of peace
- Supporting shut-ins and elders in our community
- Contacting our representatives about current issues
- Collecting donations for local food pantries
And much more! For more information, contact our minister, Dr. Rev. Cindy Landrum (minister@fpc-stow-acton.org) or our Welcoming and Membership Coordinator, Joleen Trotta (mdc@fpc-stow-acton.org).
