We are all deeply saddened and outraged by the horrible violence in Orlando and our hearts go out to all the victims and their families. Many of us, especially those who are GLBT, are feeling fear and concern about violence against the gay community. Many are also frustrated because we see the fire of hate being fueled against Muslims.   

At times like this it is important to come together—to share our feelings, to remember the lives lost, to speak out against hate and violence, and to stand in solidarity with those directly affected by this attack, the GLBT community, and the the Muslim community.

Please join us for a Candle Lighting Vigil Service on Thursday, June 16 at 7 PM in the sanctuary. Please pass the word or “share” to friends in our community who might need/want to participate in the a service.
