Special Holiday Vesper Service

This Special Holiday Vesper Service will feature music about Mary. We will connect to both the well known biblical story of Mary as the mother of Jesus, but also hear folk tales about Mary's life from the German tradition, a devotional song from Cuba, and an invocation written after the 2003 tsunami asking for Mary's help in overcoming damage caused by storms and floods, which is a relevant concern for so many today. FPC Guest Table serves a community dinner on the first Friday of each month at First Parish Church of Stow & Acton. We welcome everyone from Stow, and its surrounding towns, who are looking for a sense of community, or just want a change of atmosphere.

The December meal will be offered on Friday, December 1, from 5:30-6:30 PM. There is no charge for dinner, but donations are gratefully accepted. FPC is hosting an Open House following our Ingathering Services on Sunday, September 10, 10–10:45 AM and 12–12:45 PM. Join us in our Community Room to learn more about all that First Parish Church has to offer. Tours will be available along with information on the many Programs and Groups available. We will also have a special Meet and Greet with our Interim Minister, Rev. Tracey Robinson-Harris!
