RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION
Each child needs to be registered to participate in our program. We encourage new families to fill out a visitor form and visit a few times before registering. Registration and visitor forms are available here to be printed and filled out. Additional forms can be found downstairs in Fellowship Hall on the bookshelves near the Director of Religious Education’s office. Each spring we ask families to fill out a new form for each child and return it to the Director of Religious Education to register their children and youth for the following church calendar year.

We welcome volunteers to our RE program, even if you don't have children enrolled. If you would like to be a volunteer, please take a moment to fill in this form. Feel free to contact our Director of Religious Education or any of the RE Committee members if you have any questions.
Criminal Background Check Form
As part of our commitment to being a safe congregation, all volunteers and teachers who interact with the children and youth are required to complete a Criminal Offenders Record Information (CORI) form. Please see the form for details on how these records are confidentially handled here at First Parish.
